1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Noirtiste freelance marketplace website (the “Platform”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Noirtiste Platform. 

2. User Eligibility Users of the Noirtiste Platform must be at least 18 years old. By using the Noirtiste Platform, you affirm that you are over 18 and capable of entering into legally binding contracts. 

3. Account Registration Users are required to create a Noirtiste account to access certain features of the Platform. All information provided during registration must be accurate and kept up to date. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Noirtiste account credentials.

 4. Freelancer and Client Relationships Noirtiste facilitates connections between freelancers and clients. Any agreements, contracts, or disputes between freelancers and clients are solely the responsibility of the parties involved. Noirtiste is not liable for any issues arising from these relationships. 

5. Payments Clients agree to pay freelancers for services through Noirtiste’s payment system. Noirtiste may deduct fees from transactions, and users are responsible for any additional charges related to payment processing. 

6. Dispute Resolution In the event of a dispute between a freelancer and a client, both parties agree to make a good faith effort to resolve the issue through Noirtiste’s dispute resolution process. Noirtiste may, at its discretion, provide mediation or arbitration services.

 7. Prohibited Activities Users must not engage in any unlawful or prohibited activities on the Noirtiste Platform, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, or violating intellectual property rights. Noirtiste reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms. 

8. Content Ownership Users retain ownership of the content they create or upload to the Noirtiste Platform. However, by using Noirtiste, users grant the Platform a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute their content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Noirtiste Platform. 

9. Privacy Noirtiste collects and uses personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Users consent to the collection and use of their information as described in the Noirtiste Privacy Policy. 

10. Termination Noirtiste reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts for any reason, including violation of these terms. Users may terminate their Noirtiste accounts at any time by following the Platform’s procedures. 

11. Changes to Terms Noirtiste may update these terms at any time. Users are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically. Continued use of the Noirtiste Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. 

12.
